Bookkeeper (CURRENTLY HIRING)

The Bookkeeper (Finance Coordinator) at SAM serves as an entry-level bookkeeper and ensures partner organization finances are presented accurately and efficiently. Successful candidates will need strong data entry skills with a knack for numbers in order to accurately record all day-to-day transactions for multiple organizations. Learn more and apply here.

The Program Coordinator serves on multiple internal staff teams, providing administrative support and coordination for a wide variety of client-partner programs at the direction of client account team leads. Learn more and apply here.

Communications Manager (CURRENTLY HIRING)

The Communications Manager plays a key role in managing and executing communications initiatives, collaboratively developing and implementing effective and brand-affirming communications projects that support the overall communications and marketing goals of partner associations. Association Account Manager

The Association Account Manager plays a key role in the management and support related to association operations, including the day-to-day client-partner services and project administration. Meetings Manager

Meetings & Events Intern

The Meetings & Events Intern plays a key role in providing administrative support and coordination of a wide array of association meetings for organizations supported by SAM. Working closely with and directly supporting the Meetings Director and Managers, the Meetings & Events Intern works collaboratively to execute a variety of tasks necessary for successful meetings including annual conferences, regional events, board meetings and other events. Learn more and apply here.

The Communications Intern plays a key role in supporting and executing the communications initiatives of a variety of associations supported by SAM.
