Emily Lancaster, ECBA

Account Manager

Emily Lancaster, ECBA, serves as an Account Manager at SAM, where she serves partner organizations primarily through assisting organizations to operate at their best in order to achieve their goals. She has extensive experience in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and team coordination. Emily also has a strong background in communication, managing complex problems, and keeping the big picture in mind.

Prior to joining SAM in 2023, Emily served as an operations manager for a residential and commercial land development group. There, she created and revised processes and procedures to streamline operations in multiple departments in order to maximize efficiency.

Emily is from Cedar Park, Texas, and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics (with a minor of Spanish). During her time there, she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority where she grew a passion for philanthropy through their support of Service for Sight.

Outside of work, I love... hiking, traveling, cooking, spending time with family, and trying new things!
