Kristin Graham, M.Ed.

Account Executive

Kristin Graham, M.Ed., is an Account Executive at Strategic Association Management, where she works alongside boards, volunteers, and members to advance advocacy priorities, deepen member engagement, and strengthen the governance and operations of mission-driven organizations. Additionally, Kristin contributes to people and culture initiatives within SAM, fostering team engagement, professional growth, and a collaborative workplace culture.

Kristin joined SAM in 2022, bringing with her 14 years of experience as an educator and leader in Texas and abroad. Throughout her career, she has championed innovative programs and services with a focus on excellence and a deep commitment to helping others grow, connect, and succeed.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Kristin is an active member of the Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE), and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Her leadership and contributions to the association management profession have been recognized through the 2025 TSAE Rising Lone Star Award and selection as a 2025 ASAE AMC Early Leader Scholarship recipient.

Passionate about helping organizations operate at their best, Kristin enjoys empowering members, volunteers, and staff to build meaningful connections and create lasting impact. She holds both a B.A. and M.Ed. from Texas A&M University.

Outside of work, I love... going on walks with my beagle, Hardy, home improvement projects and design, traveling to national parks, and reruns of The West Wing.

What inspires me about working with associations: Getting to learn about associations' missions and see how their teams work together to achieve goals is inspiring. It is such a privilege to learn about all the different kinds of work people are coming together to accomplish.

My unique skills and passions: I am very service oriented and always keep a "how can I help?" attitude. I love getting to listen to the heart and why of a group and help translate that into action.
