What inspires me about working with associations: I love the idea of helping an array of organizations within one firm. It is a great way to reach people and create meaningful relationships.

Favorite SAM core value: Practice empathy. Practicing empathy in the workplace has numerous benefits. It helps create a positive and inclusive work culture where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported.
