Strategic Association Management (SAM) Appoints Chief Operating Officer: Paulina van Eeden Hill, CAE
Strategic Association Management (SAM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paulina van Eeden Hill, CAE, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Paulina has been an integral part of the SAM team since 2018, most recently serving as Vice President of Partner Services. Through her experience on the SAM executive leadership team, she has played a pivotal role in building SAM’s partner services, refining business development processes and implementing employee hiring and staffing structures.
In her new role as COO, Paulina will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives and ensure companywide alignment with SAM's goals and objectives. Her appointment as COO solidifies SAM's commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to association partners as she spearheads initiatives to drive SAM's growth, streamline processes and develop continued employee excellence. Additionally, Paulina will continue to serve as executive director of the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented (TAGT), a SAM association partner since 2018.
